Suggested Use: As
a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 tablets in the morning with food and 2 tablets with a
second meal later in the day. To accommodate body weight, activity
level, stress level and/or inadequate diet, take additional tablets up
to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of
