If, within 60 days, you decide to return a Bestvite product for any reason, we will refund your credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay account, or if you sent payment by check or money order, we will promptly send you a refund check. Simply follow the Return & Refund process to lookup your original order and select the product(s) that you want to return. Print a shipping label and return the unopened or unused portion along with an explanation for your return. For returns valued at more than $150, please call us toll-free at (800) 659-9940, to obtain a return authorization number. The product and a copy of the invoice must be returned within 60 days of the original order’s date to qualify for a refund.

Orders sent with money orders will ship the same day they are received, but orders sent with personal checks will ship once the check clears the bank, which could take up to two weeks.
