Q. Where are your products manufactured?

A. All of our Bestvite brand capsules and most softgels are manufactured in our own facility in Sun Valley, CA.  Other Bestvite products are manufactured with our trusted partners, also located in California.

Q. Are your products tested?

A. We have our own in-house laboratory that tests products for purity and strength, as well as for contaminants. We use the latest methods to ensure that what you are purchasing is both safe and the declared strength shown on the bottle. Anything that we can’t test in our facility is sent out to FDA-licensed testing labs.

Q. Are you a GMP facility?

A. We take great pride in what we produce and follow all GMP guidelines.

Q. How long have you been in business?

A. Bestvite opened its doors back in 2006 and has served customers worldwide continually since that time.

Q. What separates your products from your competition?

A. As we are a manufacturing facility and a retailer, you receive factory direct pricing. Another benefit to you is that we control our own formulas, which are manufactured without stearates and other unnecessary fillers.

Q. What is magnesium stearate?

A. Magnesium stearate is an ingredient that is used to help fill capsule and tablet products more evenly. Studies have shown that ingesting this ingredient has a negative effect on a person’s immune system function. Almost all of our Bestvite brand products are free of stearates and we expect to be 100% free by the end of 2017.

Q. How can I place an order?

A. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You can also place an order by mailing a personal check or money order to us.

Q. Who qualifies for free shipping?

A. To qualify for free shipping you must make a minimum purchase of $20 and be located within the United States or any US territories.

Q. How do you ship your products??

A. We normally conduct standard shipping for our domestic products through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). In some instances we will also use UPS, based on the value or weight of the package. International shipments only ship via USPS.

Q. What are the rewards points?

A. Once you are a registered customer you will start receiving points with each purchase. Those points act as currency that can be used for future purchases. More information can be found here.

Q. What kind of money back guarantee do you offer?

A. Bestvite now offers a 60-day money back guarantee on any purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, you may send it back within that time frame to receive a full refund, excluding any express shipping charges.

Q. How does the reorder process work?

A. Just log into your account and look at your order. From your order history you can just select “Reorder” to place a duplicate order.

Q. What happens to my payment information after I place an order??

A. Credit card numbers are immediately purged after a transaction is processed.
